Unarmed Security Officer

Security Officers provide all routine patrol and access control functions including property control. Part-time schedulesare available. PAY TRANSPARENCY/COMPENSATION $23.64/Hr. (Varies based on level of Security Clearance) RESPONSIBILITIES Report to the Lieutenant or Sergeant Patrol Buyer’s facilities and report all security or safety deficiencies Conduct timed patrol tours and special signoffs as directed Respond to the scene of crimes and emergencies toassist,observe, report, andcontain Enforce Buyer’s access and property control policies at all gates and lobbies Subjecttofrequent interruptions May berequiredto lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, and sitting for prolonged periods throughout the workday Climb 8 or more flights of stairs Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Must be U.S. citizen Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record Prefer to have a current Secret Clearance or Higher Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check Successfully to pass an employment physical Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms Write and speak clearly and effectively in English.
