As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:45 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:45 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established communication channels. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with credential verification and directing guests to appropriate locations. Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
