En Metro by T-Mobile estamos buscando personas bilingües (inglés/español), motivadas y con actitud positiva para unirse a nuestro equipo como Especialista en Ventas Presencial .
No necesitas tener experiencia previa en ventas. Si tienes experiencia en servicio al cliente, retail, restaurantes, hotelería, call center o atención al público , tus habilidades pueden ser ideales para esta posición. Ofrecemos capacitación pagada para ayudarte a desarrollar las habilidades necesarias para tener éxito.
?? ¿Qué harás?- Recibir y atender a los clientes, brindándoles una experiencia positiva en la tienda.
- Identificar las necesidades de cada cliente y recomendar teléfonos, planes y accesorios.
- Promover y vender productos y servicios de Metro by T-Mobile.
- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
- Cumplir con metas individuales y de la tienda.
- Mantenerte actualizado sobre nuevos productos, promociones y servicios.
- Mantener la tienda limpia, organizada y lista para recibir a nuestros clientes.
- Trabajar en equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de la tienda.
- Dominio de inglés y español .
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
- Actitud positiva y disposición para aprender.
- Personalidad amable, proactiva y orientada a resultados.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y enfocado en metas.
- Experiencia previa en ventas o servicio al cliente es un plus, pero no es indispensable .
- Autorización legal para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
