Opportunity Information Exciting Physician Leadership Opportunity - Anesthesiology Strategy & Development Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a dynamic physician leader in Anesthesiology to help shape the future of care delivery across our expanding anesthesia service footprint. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership (0.5 aFTE) with flexible clinical practice (0.1-0.5 FTE) in a growing, highly collaborative environment. The individual should have experience working with CRNAs and to develop/deploy strategy in the near term to hire CRNAs as part of the anesthesia workforce Clinical Practice (0.1-0.5 FTE) Flexible, shift-based clinical opportunities across a broad geographic footprint Practice options include: Acute care inpatient settings Ambulatory Surgery Centers Opportunities to work at multiple sites if desired, including areas with high need such as Davis and Elk Grove. Ability to align clinical work with personal location preferences Qualifications BE/BC in Anesthesiology Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical practice Minimum 2 years of progressive medical group leadership and participation in leadership development Experience with strategic planning cross specialty collaboration Strong business acumen including strategic planning and cross- specialty collaboration Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and other healthcare professionals Experience working with CRNAs Join Us and Enjoy Help shape the future of anesthesiology delivery while maintaining an active clinical presence.
