Pain Management PMR - Private Practice

A well-established orthopedic group with offices across Queens, Brooklyn, and Englewood (NJ) is seeking a Pain Management fellowship-trained PMR to assist in the expansion of the practice. This is a high-volume environment with flexibility to build 2+ days of interventional pain procedures a week.

Position Highlights:

• Join a high-volume, established practice with strong referral streams
• Mix of procedural pain management and clinic-based care
• Access to Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) and office-based settings

Schedule & Structure:

• 2 days/week doing interventional procedures
• 3 days/week outpatient clinic

Job Function:

• Perform interventional pain procedures (injections, spine interventions, etc.)
• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Maintain consistent clinic hours across multiple sites
• Collaborate with orthopedic and rehab teams on patient care plans
• Build and maintain patient panel within a high-demand setting

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Pain Management Fellowship REQUIRED
• Experience with interventional pain procedures
• Active or eligible for NJ and NY medical licenses
• Strong clinical and communication skills
