Dental Scheduling

Pay: $16–$18/hour
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone with a dental background who enjoys helping patients and is comfortable working in a fast-paced scheduling environment.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Previous experience in a dental office
• Familiarity with dental terminology
• Ideal start date 9/22 or 9/29
• Experience working as a:
  
  • Dental Assistant
  • Front Office/Dental Receptionist
  • Dental Scheduler

Preferred:

• Experience with Open Dental
• Previous call center experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and scheduling needs

What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Answer patient calls and assist with questions
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients
• Help keep the schedule organized and productive
• Use dental terminology and knowledge to effectively assist patients
• Provide a positive patient experience from the first phone call

Schedule

Full-Time – 40 hours/week

• Monday–Friday
• 7:15 AM–3:45 PM CST
• 30-minute lunch
• Two 15-minute paid breaks

Compensation

$16–$18/hour , based on experience and qualifications.
