Well Resolve Therapy Assist Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Yuba City, California. This full-time position is based in our specialized rehabilitation center, where you will be instrumental in helping patients regain their mobility and improve their overall quality of life through tailored rehabilitation services.

Work Environment

The rehabilitation center is designed to create a welcoming and therapeutic atmosphere for both patients and staff. Our location in Yuba City is easily accessible, providing a tranquil setting for recovery. Working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, our therapists benefit from a structured schedule that allows for work-life balance while providing ample opportunities to engage with patients one-on-one.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new patients to determine functional limitations and establish a baseline for rehabilitation progress, focusing on musculoskeletal conditions.
• Create individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific goals, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Implement hands-on manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue mobilization and joint mobilizations to alleviate pain and enhance range of motion, adapting strategies as necessary based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Develop and instruct patients on customized exercise programs aimed at strengthening core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing coordination, ensuring exercises are performed safely and effectively.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our rehabilitation center serves a diverse population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. The ideal candidate will engage compassionately with patients from various backgrounds, providing education and encouragement throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A current Physical Therapist License in the State of California is required.
• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) is mandatory for billing purposes.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is necessary for this role.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on patient education and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• A commitment to lifelong learning and staying updated with the latest therapy practices and techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, especially in a private practice or outpatient orthopedic setting, is highly preferred.
• Strong manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning abilities to effectively address varying patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
