Your New Role

• Work as a full-time Installation Technician based in Kent, Ohio 44240

• Perform residential installation work according to project requirements and company procedures

• Install insulation and complete weatherization and air-sealing work

• Assist with window installation, window replacement, garage door installation, and related residential projects as assigned

• Use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely and effectively

• Follow installation specifications, safety requirements, and established job-site procedures

• Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe residential job sites

• Work effectively with other installation technicians and field team members

• Continue developing your residential construction, installation, and weatherization skills

• High school coursework

• 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in installation, construction, insulation, weatherization, residential home improvement, or a related skilled trade

• Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and residential construction or installation work

• Ability to follow instructions, installation specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards

• Ability to work effectively as part of a field installation crew

• Dependable attendance and ability to maintain the scheduled full-time work hours

• Relevant trade, installation, construction, insulation, weatherization, or other applicable certificates are a plus but are not required

• Experience with insulation installation, air sealing, weatherization, window installation, window replacement, or garage door installation is a plus
