Front Office Manager Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center

We’re seeking a guest-focused professional to join our team as a Front Office Manager. If you are passionate about unforgettable guest experiences and motivating a team of dedicated individuals, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Bring to the Table:

  • Strong background in customer service , premium or luxury preferred
  • Ability to de-escalate high-pressure guest complaints, manage VIP arrivals, and consistently drive Brand Standard Audit compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in motivating teams to elevate guest experience
  • Open availability, with an emphasis on evenings
  • Marriott FSPMS knowledge preferred
