Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations
• Prior work within school settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on students’ goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in the classroom
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state requirements
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
