Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to maximize sales performance and achieve business goals.
- Conduct regular field visits and ride-alongs to observe sales activities, provide real-time feedback, and reinforce best practices.
- Partner with Sales Managers to identify coaching opportunities, address performance gaps, and implement development plans.
- Drive accountability throughout the sales organization by monitoring sales metrics, activity levels, and performance results.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of sales strategies, initiatives, and market expansion efforts.
- Facilitate ongoing sales training programs to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- This individual will spend significant time in the field working alongside Sales Representatives and Sales Managers, providing hands-on coaching, mentoring, and guidance to improve productivity, sales effectiveness, and overall team performance.
10+ years’ experience in Sales and Sales Management.
