Nenhuma experiência prévia com impressão 3D é necessária — nós ensinaremos tudo o que você precisa saber.### **Descrição do Cargo**Como **Operador(a) de Produção (Impressão 3D)**, você ajudará a operar máquinas, dar acabamento em peças impressas, verificar a qualidade e preparar os produtos para envio. Você terá um papel fundamental para garantir que os pedidos sejam concluídos no prazo e com excelência. Esta é uma posição de tempo integral (horista) em nossas instalações de alta tecnologia, onde você terá a oportunidade de aprender e fazer um rodízio entre diversas estações práticas de produção.### **Responsabilidades*** Operar impressoras 3D e outros equipamentos de produção (oferecemos treinamento).* Limpar, dar acabamento, inspecionar e embalar peças impressas.* Seguir rigorosamente os padrões de qualidade e procedimentos de segurança.* Manter a organização e a limpeza da sua área de trabalho.* Trabalhar em equipe e comunicar-se de forma clara com os supervisores.* Auxiliar no cumprimento das metas diárias de produção.### **Requisitos*** Experiência anterior em manufatura, logística (armazenagem) ou funções similares é um diferencial, mas não é obrigatória.* Forte atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de seguir instruções.* Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e eficiente após o treinamento.* Facilidade em lidar com um ambiente dinâmico e acelerado, com disposição para ajudar onde for necessário.### **Ambiente de Trabalho e Exigências Físicas*** Trabalho em ambiente de manufatura com exposição ao ruído de máquinas, variações de temperatura e materiais particulados.* Capacidade de permanecer em pé, caminhar e trabalhar na área de produção por longos períodos.* Capacidade de levantar e mover objetos pesando até 22 kg (50 libras) conforme a necessidade.### **Benefícios e Vantagens*** Plano de saúde abrangente pela UMR (através da rede United Healthcare).* Cobertura oftalmológica e odontológica inclusas.* Contas de poupança saúde e flexíveis (FSA/HSA).* Funcionários horistas em tempo integral acumulam horas de folga remunerada (PTO) a partir da data de início, podendo chegar a até 3 semanas (120 horas) por ano.* Benefícios de deslocamento / Vale-transporte.* Benefícios de fertilidade e Licença parental.* Benefícios de saúde e bem-estar (academia).* Planejamento financeiro / Previdência privada (401k).* Refeições e lanches - almoço fornecido pela empresa 3x na semana.* Impressão 3D ilimitada.**Mesmo que você não preencha todos os requisitos, mas sinta que pode contribuir, por favor, candidate-se.** Ajude-nos a construir uma comunidade inclusiva que mudará o futuro da impressão 3D.**Compensation**At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
