Greet patients on the phone and in person
Check In/Check out patients - update demographics, collect co-pays, update paperwork
Verify insurance and ID
Put patient documents in patients charts
Schedule patients
Answer phones - transfer calls when appropriate
Make new patient charts
Coordinate with billing to add appropriate charges to patient charts
Send letters to patients
Handle all faxes and scanning
Cleaning of waiting room
Any other misc. tasks as assigned by office manager
