Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk Operations Warmly greet every client entering and exiting the clinic Manage check-in, check-out, and payment processes Provide accurate information about treatments, packages, retail, and promotions Address client questions professionally and courteously Maintain confidentiality and uphold SEV service standards Actively promote services, memberships, and retail products Identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or upgrades Support clinic sales goals through product knowledge and engagement Maintain up-to-date familiarity with pricing and promotions Scheduling & Administrative Support Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments Answer phone calls with elevated phone etiquette Respond to emails and voicemails promptly Utilize booking and client-management systems efficiently Support scheduling flow and operational updates Office & Treatment Room Support Open and close clinic per Standard Operating Procedures Maintain a clean, stocked, organized front desk and lobby Assist with transitional cleaning of treatment rooms as neededMonitor inventory and notify management when supplies run low Training & Team Support Participate in required service and sales training Model SEV service standards and professionalism Support onboarding of new team members Contribute positively to team culture Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred. A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance Ability to work independently Weekend availability required Working Conditions Fast-paced, client-facing environment Standing for extended periods Frequent interaction with clients and team members Exposure to office equipment and cleaning supplies Scheduling Requirements Must be available to work up to 4 days per week including weekends Must be available to work from 9:30am-7:30pm each day.
