Tryfacta is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care (LTC) for our client in Nags Head, NC 27959. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Location: Nags Head, NC 27959

Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)

Work Schedule: Variable Day/Evening Shifts | 8-Hour & 12-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week

Shift Options: Days (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) or Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs, monitor resident conditions, and promptly report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies.
• Support infection prevention and control practices while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to promote quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Current BLS Certification (if required by the facility).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident care skills.
• Ability to work flexible day or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Exceptional references from previous contract assignments are required.
• No Record of Behavior (Bank) or duo assignments accepted.
