Accounting Specialist

What You Will Do:
- Assist with month-end close for multiple client offices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Full-cycle accounts payable, coding to multiple office locations, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time.
- Full cycle accounts receivable, invoicing for multiple offices, posting payments and researching billing issues.
- Perform cash reconciliations and manage bank deposits.
- monthly reconciliations and journal entries
What Makes You a Fit
- You have three years of experience in accounting and working with the GL.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- You love reconciling accounts and finding answers in the details.
- Deadlines motivate you.
- You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple offices or entities.
- You take pride in accuracy and accountability.
Salary: $60-70K
