Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews. \n Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, and preferences. \n Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, couple’s therapy, family sessions, and group therapy sessions, based on evidenced-based practices. \n Regularly monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure meaningful outcomes and enhanced mental health. \n Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being. \n Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using designated electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n Engage in inter-professional collaboration with other healthcare providers such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians to deliver holistic care. \n Stay informed on the latest advancements and research in psychological treatments and mental health therapies to provide the highest standard of care. \n Engage actively in supervision, peer reviews, and ongoing training sessions to enhance clinical skills and contribute to team growth. \n Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards established by relevant licensing boards, ensuring best practices in all interactions and interventions. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clients consist of a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relational difficulties.
