Business Execution Consultant 5

Our client is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant 5
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of product ownership, functional expertise in LoanIQ, and hands-on production support experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

Serve as the Product Owner for LoanIQ platform initiatives and enhancements.
Partner with business stakeholders (Loan Operations, Credit, Risk, Treasury, etc.) to define product vision and roadmap.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories .
Provide L2/L3 production support for LoanIQ platform issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and data issues.
Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

5-10+ years of experience in LoanIQ (Finastra) platform.
Strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead .
Hands-on experience in production support (incident management, defect resolution) .
Deep understanding of commercial lending lifecycle (loan origination, servicing, syndication).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
