Salary: $18.00-$21.00/hr
Schedule: Full time; Tuesday through Saturday, 9am 5:30pm

Benchmark Senior Living's campus in Lincoln, MA is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. A successful candidate plays a vital role in the property's day-to-day impression on existing and prospective residents. Would be expected to maintain a high level of quality customer service and professionalism while ensuring that all Benchmark maintenance policies and procedures are consistently followed.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform both minor and major repairs (light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, HVAC.)
- Proper use of tools, equipment and chemicals (hand tools such as drills, saws)
- Mail deliveries
- Trash removal for common areas
- Aid in maintaining common areas and grounds
- Respond to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with our residents, coworkers, vendors and visitors
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Willingness and capability to respond to site emergencies
- Ability to learn software application - work order system
- Experience with all phases of building maintenance including knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry and HVAC systems is a plus
