Find out more about career opportunities to work with the best team in the industry.This Account Manager role will assist the Account Executive and Producers on the Select Client, Portfolio Solutions book with marketing and servicing of new and renewal business. This role will also help coordinate with production team and insurance carriers to facilitate a successful client renewal.Duties & Responsibilities: Discuss renewal strategy with A/E internally in preparation for renewalsPrepare for renewal outputs:Review certificate holder list and provide to clientConfirm manuscript certificates neededUnderstand Auto ID Cards distribution for clientsDetermine Work Comp Posting needs and how to distributeSend quotes to client and obtain bind order as neededDetermine if Premium Financing is needed and obtain quotesCreate Policy file in shared drive once binders come inSend binders to client with list of subjectivities, input into EPIC and send to CAC Binders for data collectionComplete invoices and send to clientIssue and distribute renewal outputsFollow up with carriers for policiesFollow up with brokers that the policies have been checkedSend checked policies to client, place copies in EPICFollow up with carrier if any endorsements are neededMaintain EPIC (i.e policies, endorsements, invoices, Autos ID Cards, Certificates, Audits etc.)Monitor expiration dates of all policies, including feesSuspend for Audits and review against binders/agreementsHandle ad hoc requests for certificates, auto id cards, endorsementsNew clientsSet up in EPICWork with Brokers to obtain copies of policies from carriersRequest and review prior brokers Schedule of Insurance, recreate from CACRequest and review Certificate copies and an Excel schedule, update as needed and import into CAC systemRequest and review Auto ID CardsDevelop and maintain account handling instructionsPlan out the next year for renewalsFollow up with client for paymentResolve accounting issuesQualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of P&C insurance experience requiredState specific license required, or obtained within 60 days of hireAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityStrong verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail & time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel & PowerPointSalesforce, eCerts & EPIC experience preferredClick here for some insight into our culture!The Baldwin Group will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate who applies on our career site.
