Automated Production Equipment Operator

Location: Denton, TX

Compensation: $19.50 per hour

Start Time: 5:00 AM (Day shift)

Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts; Saturdays as needed

Clock in before sunrise, run your pre-checks, and bring the line up smoothly by 5:00 AM. You’ll keep a close eye on automated machinery, intervene when something looks off, and lend a hand wherever production needs an assist. As materials move, you’ll lift, carry, and stage heavy items, stay alert to safety, and help your teammates hit the day’s targets. Before the shift ends, you’ll tidy your area and leave the line ready for the next run.

• Operate, observe, and adjust automated production equipment for steady throughput
• Pitch in across multiple production areas when needed
• Handle materials and perform hands-on labor throughout the shift
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures without compromise
• Keep your work area clean, orderly, and ready for inspections
• Collaborate to meet or exceed daily production goals
• Complete all assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining safe practices

• Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfort working at heights
• Stamina for physical work in a tough industrial setting with dust, heat, and noise
• Flexibility to work 8–10 hour shifts and occasional Saturdays
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, not a must

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Follows direction and adheres to safety guidelines
• Positive teammate who can also work independently

• Diagnosing equipment issues and general troubleshooting
