Accountant

Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our Finance team. This entry-mid level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a dynamic and tech-driven environment. You will assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Job Type: Full Time Employee Location: On-site Monday-Thursday in Troy MI (Friday-remote) Key Responsibilities Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments Assist in managing Finance internal and vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor accounts Allocate corporate credit card transactions and reconcile credit card statements Assist in reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts Support month-end and year-end close processes Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial data needs Perform other accounting duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience (internships included) Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (preferably NetSuite) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong initiative and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in a technology or SaaS company Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards #J-18808-Ljbffr centroid
