$26–33/hr + Shift Premiums Night Shift | 6 PM–6 AM Wednesday & Thursday + Every Other Friday–Sunday Full Benefits

Join a modern food manufacturing facility as a Maintenance Technician. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production equipment, packaging systems, and plant utilities while helping keep operations running safely and efficiently.

The position offers consistent hours, a strong team culture, and the chance to work with advanced automation, robotics, and pasteurization systems. It's ideal for a mechanically and electrically skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The ideal candidate brings:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food/beverage preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging equipment
• Experience maintaining pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurizers
• Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and wastewater systems a plus
• Commitment to food safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement
• Safety-conscious mindset with ability to work independently on 6pm–6am shift
