Requirements
- License: Active RN License
- Experience: Previous experience as a traveling nurse preferred
- EMR: Meditech 6.0 experience preferred

Compliance / Notes
1) Flu vaccine is required, no exceptions.
2) A traveler must have a permanent address located more than 100 miles from the facility.
3) Requests for time off (RTO): No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract.
4) The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply.
