Customer Experience Account Manager

Job Description A manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking 2 Customer Experience Account Managers to support increased business following a recent acquisition. This role will support two large OEM customers and focus on order management, customer account setup, reporting, customer communication, and issue resolution. Initially, the position will be heavily focused on analytics, order setup, open-order reporting, and tracking orders throughout the fulfillment process. Over time, you will take on greater ownership of customer relationships and account management responsibilities. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure, and highly collaborative environment working onsite with a five-person support team in Denver. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day activity for large OEM customer accounts. Review customer orders, part numbers, account setups, and order data. Monitor open orders, product availability, shipping, and delivery requirements. Support EDI order workflows and assist with order-processing issues. Pull and analyze reports, scorecards, and customer data from portals and internal systems. Participate in customer calls regarding order status, supply constraints, and delivery expectations. Coordinate with production, supply chain, sales, and shipping teams to resolve issues. Maintain customer records and interactions within CRM and ticketing systems. Identify risks, delays, and service issues and escalate when necessary. Experience working within an ERP or Order Management System (Oracle preferred). Strong Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, OEM, supply chain, or distribution environment preferred. Customer portals, scorecards, and reporting. Power BI exposure. Manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics background. Hands-on EDI experience within an order management or fulfillment environment.
