Student Worker - Functional

The Student Worker - Functional cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction. Compensation Hourly rate: $16.00 to $16.00. Job Responsibilities Adhere to established procedures to provide a safe working environment, including compliance with OSHA, state, local, federal, and Aramark regulations. Maintain a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others. Properly clean and maintain housekeeping equipment. Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements. Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas. Report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel. Secure the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required. Ensure security of company assets. Qualifications Previous custodial experience preferred. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs. Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or personal protective equipment (PPE).
