We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Design & Sales Manager to lead our design initiatives and drive sales growth. This role is pivotal in transforming client visions into tangible landscapes while fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities Design Leadership: Develop comprehensive landscape designs using CAD software and hand sketches. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring designs are both creative and feasible within project constraints. Sales Management: Generate new business through networking and client outreach. Prepare and present proposals, securing contracts and deposits. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Project Coordination: Liaise with installation teams to ensure design integrity during execution. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues promptly, and maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape design and sales. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
