Starting Pay: $37,000 - 42,000/yr SNE

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Use proprietary software to enter job specifications and/or job planning details
• Requisition proper materials for specific jobs
• Effectively communicate with Scheduling and/or Purchasing departments
• Provide instructions for billing and shipping needs
• Adheres to and promotes all safety, security and environmental policies and procedures
• Cover Customer Service Representatives while out of office.
• All other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Ability to read a ruler down to 1/32 of an inch and work closely with production.
• Provide support to Customer Service Account Specialists.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to review jobs as needed on the production floor.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others including team members and/or customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and adhere to deadlines.
• Computer literacy with proven skills utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
• Understand the basic ins and outs of the manufacturing process.
• Willingness to progress into full-time Customer Service Account Specialist.
• High levels of attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior administrative Customer Service experience with some basic printing/publishing knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of Corporate SOX / Internal documentation as it relates to specific responsibilities preferred.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
