Cabinet Sales Representative

Now Hiring: Outside Residential Cabinet Sales Representative Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for relationships and commission-driven sales? We are seeking an energetic Outside Residential Cabinet Sales Representative to join our growing team servicing the Middle Tennessee markets. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and designers. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up. Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend cabinet solutions. Measure spaces, prepare estimates, and present cabinet designs and proposals. Guide customers through the selection process and available options. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and installation teams to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications: Previous outside sales experience preferred, especially in cabinetry, kitchens, baths, construction, or home improvement. Existing contractor or designer relationships a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proficiency with basic computer applications; cabinet design software experience is a plus.
