What You'll DoPartner with sales leadership to develop and implement learning strategies that directly support outside/field sales and the national accounts tea m.Execute the learning strategy, aligning programs with evolving go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, and product/service offerings to ensure sales teams are prepared and competitiv e.Forecasting annual programs to meet organization growth, developing strategic roadmaps and performing organizational risk analysi s.Recommend and support the design and facilitation of blended learning programs tailored to the sales organizations and various sales role s.Develop tailored leadership development pathways and upskilling initiatives for sales managers and high-potential talent within sales function s.Utilize data-driven insights and sales performance analytics to assess learning effectiveness and optimize content, delivery methods, and reinforcemen t.Collaborate with the business on current/upcoming initiatives that may/may not require training interventions. Once determination is made there is a need for training, this role owns the strategic program design and delivery recommendations, creating detailed high-level designs, securing approval from the business and maintains program managemen t.Lead and execute on the corporate learning and development strategies, programs, curriculum, and learning processes, on behalf of the sales organization. Interface and collaborate with sales leadership in the development and implementation of technology-based learning initiatives, that are aligned, efficient, and effective, in relation to the business strateg What You'll Bri ng7-10+ years of experience in learning, including instructional design, facilitation, delivery methodologies, adult learning theory and current training methods, as well as needs/job task analysis and talent development. Prior leadership experience is preferre d.5+ years in a sales or sales support role, with an adept understanding of sales practices, selling methodologies, value-proposition alignment, prospecting processes, and go-to-market strategie s.Strong understanding of sales environments with direct experience supporting or working in outside/field sales and/or national accounts.
