This role ensures timely and accurate invoicing, serves as the point of contact between warehouse operations and finance, and helps streamline billing processes in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment. The Team Lead will supervise billing staff and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the day-to-day billing operations related to the warehouse. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with customer contracts, rates, and company policies.Collect and scan documents into the document imaging system for billing packets and visibilityEnsure charges are entered timely into the billing system and audit charges so DSV can bill the client (DSV routed cargo)Enter all charges, print invoice and mail with applicable documentation to client (Non-DSV cargo)Process and record direct deposits and electronic bill payments for the brokerage operationConfirm duty payment and bill if necessaryOrder and maintain inventory of office supplies for the brokerage operationProactively identify and resolve billing related issuesTrain, mentor, and guide billing team members to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES•Ability to work with minimal supervision• Detail oriented, organized, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both orally and in writing• Must be able to communicate in a professional manner as the job will require day to day correspondence with many internal or external clientsOther Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelMust be able to read, write, and speak English and the local country languageFor this position, the expected base pay range is $21.00 – $24.75 Hourly.
