Job Summary:

The Warehouse Lead oversees daily fulfillment operations, ensuring smooth and efficient

execution of processes from receiving to shipment of goods. This role requires effective

team management, adherence to industry standards, and the ability to maintain high

performance metrics. The Lead will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, ensuring

compliance, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment that meets

business and client needs. The Lead reports to the Warehouse Site Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load,
• pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Team Supervision: Lead and monitor team performance, directing all aspects of
• receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Support and guide staff to achieve efficiency
• and accuracy in all warehouse operations.
• Process Optimization: Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures
• that drive productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Continuously seek to improve
• processes for optimal performance.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to warehousing, handling, and
• shipping regulations, maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, hygiene,
• and security within the facility.
• Inventory Control: Oversee stock management and ensure data consistency across
• systems by reconciling inventory and implementing checks for accuracy.
• Key Carrier: Responsible for opening and closing the Warehouse when Site
• Supervisor is not on site. Must perform daily Perimeter Check.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 3 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfilment center, or similar logistics environment required
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50–100 lbs frequently.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using RF scanners, inventory software, and computer systems.
• Certifications: Forklift experience and certification is preferred
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Math and Reasoning Skills: High degree of math skills and the ability to solve problems and work independently.
• Systems: Prior experience using WMS, TMS and inventory control systems required.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, punctual, and a exhibit a positive team attitude. Show respect for others.
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work. Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
