Business Development Specialist (In-Office) – Integra Energy Location: Albany, NY (In-Office Position) Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays Position Overview This is a full-time, in-office position focused on generating new business opportunities for our sales team. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting, including phone calls, emails, follow-up communications, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, energetic, organized, and comfortable spending the majority of their day engaging with prospective customers. Success in this role is measured by activity, appointments generated, and revenue resulting from those appointments. Key Responsibilities Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers Send 50+ prospecting and follow-up emails daily Identify and engage decision-makers across targeted industries Generate interest in EV charging infrastructure and available funding programs Consistently develop new sales opportunities Appointment Setting Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives Confirm appointments and maintain prospect engagement Gather preliminary qualification information before handoff Help maintain a healthy and growing sales pipeline CRM & Reporting Accurately document all activities in HubSpot CRM Maintain prospect records and follow-up schedules Track outreach activity, appointments, and resultsProvide weekly activity and performance updates Team Collaboration Work directly with Sales Leadership and Account Executives Participate in daily and weekly sales meetings Contribute ideas to improve outreach effectiveness and pipeline growth Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Professional, positive attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment Preferred Qualifications Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service experience Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms B2B sales experience Experience setting appointments for outside sales teams Compensation Base Salary: $50,000 annually Commission for every qualified meeting scheduled and completed Additional commission for every deal that closes from meetings they generate Uncapped earning potential First-Year Earnings Potential: $65,000 - $90,000+ based on performance Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan (Company Match if applicable) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Professional Development Opportunities Advancement Opportunities into Account Executive and Sales Management roles Performance Expectations 100+ outbound calls per day 50+ outbound emails per day Consistent appointment-setting goals Complete CRM documentation Positive contribution to pipeline and revenue growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
