Schutz Container System is a Global Packaging Container Company is looking for a Inventory Control /Production Planne r for our plant located at Winder, GA
Job Duties:
- Responsible for maintaining all Hydra software users (training will be provide it)
- Conduct quarterly and yearly inventory of finished goods and materials to ensure 100% accuracy
- Proactively prepare for future or unexpected customer order needs based on sales forecasts and past order history and instructing Production Planners on preparing production schedules accordingly
- Prepare production reports through Hydra
- Actively communicate with internal departments in the company to make sure the plant meets shipping deadlines
- Communicate the status of production to all applicable departments including, but not limited to Management, Sales, Customer Service and Shipping
- Work extensively with the SAP system to constantly account for inventory and constantly update production capacity
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in SAP Required
- Hydra Software preferred but will train
- MS Office expertise, specifically Excel & Word – PowerPoint a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience at fast-paced high-volume manufacturing facility
- Ability to prioritize
- Manufacturing Industry Required
- Efficient, organized and strong follow-up
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and be flexible
- Strong interpersonal skills / personable
- Strong team player and individual contributor
