Transplant Surgery Opportunity (Kidney/Pancreas) | Central Illinois

A physician-owned private practice in Central Illinois is seeking a fellowship-trained Transplant Surgeon to join an established kidney/pancreas transplant program with a clear path to partnership and ownership .

This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a private practice environment offering clinical autonomy, meaningful transplant volume, and significant partnership potential .

The Practice

The clinical mix is approximately 45% transplant, 50% vascular access, and 5% general surgery , with the opportunity to help grow an established transplant program.

The ideal candidate is fellowship-trained in transplant surgery , with abdominal transplant training preferred. Board certified/eligible candidates with strong vascular access experience are encouraged to apply.
