Assembly (2nd Shift)

Overview

Partners Personnel is hiring Assembly Associates for a manufacturing/production environment in Flowery Branch, GA. This role focuses on assembling parts, performing routine quality checks using visual inspection and gauges, and packing product to specification while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform 15-minute quality checks using visual inspection and form gauges
Measure, bundle, and pack parts according to packing specifications
Complete quality checks according to performance goals
Notify the Production Supervisor/Manager immediately of irregularities or production issues
Maintain accurate recordkeeping/documentation for parts and boxes
Meet production expectations and maintain a clean work area following 5S
Perform weekly scheduled cleaning
Unjam/restart assigned machines as needed

Requirements / Qualifications

Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus (not required if trainable)
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and meet quality/production standards
Comfortable performing repeated quality checks and documentation throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (Essential Functions Tier: "up to 30 lbs")
Must be dependable and able to work the full scheduled shift

Dress Code

Pants/jeans/workwear and t-shirt with sleeves
Closed-toe shoes
No leggings
No frayed or holey clothing
