Lead Carpenter / Working Construction Supervisor

R&D Building Solutions is looking for an experienced, motivated construction professional who can help lead projects, coordinate our in-house team and subcontractors, and play a major role in growing the company.

This is more than a typical carpenter position. We are looking for someone who wants to advance their career aggressively, take on increasing responsibility, and help drive the company forward. For the right person, additional performance-based compensation and a potential path toward ownership may be available based on commitment, leadership, and proven capabilities.

Experience We Value

• Finish carpentry and detailed trim work
• Cabinet and millwork installation
• Framing and structural work
• Renovations and remodeling
• Reading plans and coordinating jobsite activities
• Managing employees and subcontractors
• Custom carpentry and specialty work
• Tile installation
• Bathroom remodeling experience is a major plus
• Ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions
