Senior Digital Project Manager / Technical Delivery Lead Company Description Finalytics AI leverages artificial intelligence to transform and personalize the digital banking experience. Our platform helps banks and credit unions create highly tailored online interactions, allowing each customer or member to feel recognized, understood, and valued. Role Description Finalytics AI is hiring a Senior Digital Project Manager / Technical Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across SaaS implementation, client services, personalization, analytics, digital marketing, content management, compliance-sensitive workflows, and web experience optimization. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. This is not a traditional project coordinator role. We are looking for a hands‑on delivery operator who can speak with a CIO about data, a CMO about business objectives, a designer about user experience, a developer about implementation requirements, and an internal team about scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery tradeoffs. The right person will be able to take ambiguous business conversations and translate them into clearly defined actions for developers, designers, strategists, analysts, product managers, and client stakeholders. We need a doer --- someone who can write an SOW, manage a project plan, direct technical resources, discuss WCAG/accessibility requirements, understand PII considerations, manage client expectations, and keep work moving without waiting for someone else to define every next step. What You'll Do Own end‑to‑end delivery of digital initiatives, including discovery, scoping, planning, execution, QA, launch, reporting, and optimization. Coordinate cross‑functional teams across product, marketing, engineering, design, strategy, analytics, client success, and external client stakeholders. Translate client business objectives into clear requirements, project plans, implementation briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, timelines, dependencies, and action items. Write and contribute to Statements of Work, estimates, project plans, change orders, delivery timelines, status reports, and client‑facing documentation. Manage project timelines, resources, risks, budgets, approvals, and dependencies to ensure digital initiatives are delivered on schedule and within scope. Lead client‑facing meetings with marketing, digital, IT, compliance, analytics, and executive stakeholders. Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences, including CMOs, CIOs, product leaders, developers, designers, and internal leadership. Direct developers, designers, and internal stakeholders with enough specificity that everyone understands what needs to be done, why it matters, and how success will be measured. Support digital marketing and content management initiatives, including website updates, landing pages, campaigns, personalization experiences, CRO programs, and online customer/member journeys. Manage implementation work involving CMS platforms, analytics tools, tagging, personalization, content workflows, digital campaigns, and customer experience improvements. Maintain a working understanding of WCAG/accessibility requirements and ensure accessibility considerations are incorporated into planning, design, QA, and client communication. Support privacy‑ and compliance‑sensitive delivery by understanding PII, data handling, user tracking, consent, analytics collection, vendor data flows, and secure implementation practices. Identify project risks early, elevate when needed, and drive practical resolution across internal and client teams. Manage scope creep directly and professionally, including documenting out‑of‑scope requests and supporting change‑order conversations. Create and maintain project documentation, including RACIs, risk logs, decision logs, requirements documents, QA plans, implementation checklists, launch plans, and executive summaries. Provide regular status reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including progress, blockers, risks, decisions needed, and next steps. Support continuous improvement by refining delivery processes, implementing best practices, and tracking performance metrics across digital programs. What Success Looks Like Within 30 days: You understand the Finalytics platform, our client base, our delivery model, our implementation process, and the common risks involved in launching personalization and digital banking experiences. Within 60 days: You are independently managing client workstreams, running status calls, documenting requirements, coordinating developers and designers, tracking risks, and reducing the operational burden on senior product and technical leaders. Within 90 days: You are owning multiple delivery initiatives with confidence, managing client expectations, protecting scope, driving internal accountability, and helping improve how Finalytics scales delivery. Long term: You help build a repeatable delivery function that improves client satisfaction, implementation quality, speed to launch, team accountability, and project profitability. Qualifications 7 years of experience managing digital agency deliverables, digital product implementations, SaaS implementations, web projects, or technical delivery initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in digital project management, including planning, scoping, execution, delivery, QA, launch, and post‑launch optimization. Strong experience managing cross‑functional teams, including developers, designers, strategists, analysts, product managers, marketers, and client stakeholders. Ability to translate business objectives into clear project requirements, implementation plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes. Experience writing or contributing to SOWs, estimates, project plans, requirements documentation, change orders, delivery briefs, and client‑facing status reports. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience with digital marketing, content management, website delivery, campaign execution, CRO, personalization, analytics, or customer experience initiatives. Working knowledge of CMS platforms, web implementation processes, analytics/tagging, personalization tools, UX, QA, accessibility, privacy, and compliance‑sensitive delivery. Comfort discussing WCAG/accessibility requirements with designers, developers, and clients. Comfort discussing PII, data handling, privacy, consent, user tracking, and implementation risk with internal and client stakeholders. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of agile, hybrid, and traditional project delivery methodologies. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a hybrid or distributed team environment. Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on measurable outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Experience Experience in fintech, banking, credit unions, financial services, SaaS platforms. Experience with customer experience, personalization, digital banking, digital account opening, lending journeys, or financial services marketing. Experience managing digital programs involving data integrations, website tagging, analytics validation, reporting dashboards, vendor coordination, and secure data workflows. Experience working with CMOs, CIOs, heads of digital, marketing teams, compliance teams, IT teams, and executive sponsors. Experience supporting account growth, client expansion, retainer management, or ongoing optimization programs. Who You Are You are a doer. You are willing to get into the details — requirements, QA, accessibility, data flows, content, approvals, timelines, blockers, and follow‑ups. You can communicate clearly in writing. You know how to turn a messy conversation into a clean plan. You are comfortable in a growing company where process is evolving and people are expected to solve problems, not just report them. This Role Is Not For You If You mainly coordinate meetings and take notes. You need someone else to define every next step. You are uncomfortable directing developers, designers, or technical resources. You have not owned scope, timeline, budget, client communication, and delivery risk. You avoid difficult client conversations. You cannot discuss accessibility, privacy, analytics, implementation risk, or digital delivery details at a working level. You prefer polished enterprise process over startup execution. You wait for permission instead of driving the work forward.
