Description
Supported Employment Site Supervisor Program: Supported Employment Location: Arlington Heights, IL Hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm, 40 hours/week full-time Pay: $47,530/year The Site Supervisor oversees and supervises community training, employment and all community support coaches assigned to the program. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic professional to manage community based programming. Interface with local companies/businesses that employ our adults.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent- required
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field- preferred
- Valid IL Driver's license
- At least 1 year experience with individuals with IDD
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
