Distribution Associate

• Monday-Thursday schedule with flexible start times (7:00-9:00 AM)
• Early Fridays - finish your workday at 2:00 PM

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery and installation
• Load and unload trucks safely using proper equipment and procedures
• Label, store, and organize inventory for efficient retrieval
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse
• Collaborate with teammates to keep daily warehouse operations running efficiently

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds throughout the workday
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work while standing and walking for extended periods
• Experience operating or the ability to learn forklifts and pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting inventory and fulfilling orders
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment while following established procedures
