Remote Health Plan Pharmacist - Medicare/Medicaid

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is seeking a pharmacist to support the Medicare and/or Medicaid formulary while providing clinical and economic data essential for decision-making. This remote position requires residency in Arizona and focuses on compliance and quality activities within pharmacy services. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience as a pharmacist and a Pharm.D. degree.
