We are a busy multi-provider family practice in Katy, Texas looking for a highly motivated, skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C). Bi-Lingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is preferred but not required. This position will work closely with the Clinic Director under the guidance of the Managing Physician. Primary Responsibilities: To provide general and preventative care, conduct check-ups, treat illnesses, order lab tests and prescribe medication for children and adults as needed . The Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant is an advanced practice practitioner that helps with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations. . Ensure the highest level of care to our patients Ordering, performing and interpreting diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, infections and injuries Prescribing medications and other treatments Managing patients' overall care Ensure EMR compliance and thorough record management, documentation and charting according to state regulations.
