Overview We are seeking a skilled Patent Agent with 2-4 years of patent prosecution experience to join a growing and collaborative legal team. This role offers a chance to work on diverse matters, including patent prosecution, portfolio counseling, infringement and invalidity opinions, and due diligence. Responsibilities Patent prosecution Portfolio counseling Infringement and invalidity opinions Due diligence Qualifications Must be USPTO-registered with demonstrated knowledge of USPTO rules and procedures. Technical Expertise: Life Sciences or Molecular Biology required; Ph.D. preferred. 2-4 years of patent prosecution experience. Benefits and Details Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 + origination bonuses. Work Model: Fully remote (anywhere in the U.S.) or hybrid options available in New York City or Tampa, Florida.
