Payroll Specialist
Walrath Recruiting Inc
Responsibilities Include:
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, journal entries, and general ledger activities using QuickBooks
Process payroll, certified payroll, labor allocations, union remittances, and monthly payment applications.
Track job costs and labor hours, prepare purchase orders, and support project reporting.
Order office supplies, maintain vehicle fleet records, and provide general office support.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
12 years of accounting or office administration experience.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
