Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable IT Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our business units and technical teams, ensuring that complex, cross-functional projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator who understands how to blend traditional project management structures with modern, agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Oversee projects spanning multiple technology and functional domains, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for business units, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Process Management: Apply project management methodologies and resource management practices to optimize team productivity.

Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes or technologies across the business.

Methodology Integration: Utilize a flexible approach by blending traditional project management frameworks with Agile development workflows.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

5+ years of total IT experience.

Minimum 2 years of demonstrated competency in a project coordination role.

3+ years of experience working directly within or facing business units (BU).

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools, resource management, and change management techniques.

Agile Mindset: Proven ability to integrate traditional project management principles with Agile development approaches.
