Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services within an orthopedic clinic setting
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 12 patients
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct consistent with a business casual clinical environment

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist license required at start of contract
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
