Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or service center. Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient with dealership management software and basic computer applications.
