Type: Full-Time - Approximately 40 hours/week

Caseload: Approximately 125 students - Evaluations & ARD Facilitation

Pay: $45+, dependent on experience

Position Overview:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Educational Diagnostician for an in-person special education leadership role on a campus in Princeton, TX. The Educational Diagnostician will serve as the SPED point person on campus, supporting compliance, evaluations, ARD facilitation, and staff guidance in a rapidly growing district.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct educational evaluations and support the special education evaluation process.
• Facilitate ARD meetings and ensure ARDs and special education documentation remain compliant.
• Coach and support staff with IEP development, including PLAAFP-to-goal alignment.
• Collaborate with campus staff and administration to support students and meet special education requirements.

Qualifications :

• Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician certification required.
• School-based special education experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Calm under pressure with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing district.

Schedule :

• Daily campus presence required.
• One remote day per week may be available when no campus duties are needed.
