Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Certification, plus one of the following endorsements: Self Contained, Core Subjects, or Generalist, matching the needed grade levels
• Experience working with students in a special education setting, ideally within a life skills or FASE classroom
• Strong organizational skills and a flexible, positive attitude toward supporting diverse learners
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families to implement individualized education plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction and guidance to students with varying needs in the FASE (Life Skills) setting
• Develop, adapt, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support each student’s unique learning journey
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and structured environment so students feel valued and empowered to achieve their potential
• Communicate progress regularly with families, administrators, and team members, ensuring alignment and support for each learner
• Uphold compliance with district, state, and federal regulations regarding special education
