1099 Commission Sales Representative – Pax Construction Unlimited Commission | Flexible Schedule | High Earning Potential Pax Construction is looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals who want to earn six figures by helping homeowners improve their homes. If you're competitive, enjoy meeting people, and want unlimited income with no cap on commissions, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do - Generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and community outreach. - Meet with homeowners to discuss their roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors, and exterior remodeling needs. - Build relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. - Submit completed sales agreements and coordinate with our project management team. - Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong pipeline of future business.
